Acquisition routes
The October 12 acquisition guide separates four routes:
Scroll the table horizontally to see all columns →
| Route | Reported cost or condition | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Crate | 100 Coins once; 900 for ten | The current rotating unit slots and their displayed odds |
| Woman Crate | A possible win drop | Difficulty affects the reported drop chance; winning does not guarantee a crate |
| Spider Crate | 100 gems once; 1,000 for ten | Quest access and gem rewards |
| Paid crate or pack | Scientist family or Jetpack pack in the report | Current contents and price before any purchase |
The Basic Crate report describes six rotating slots and a timer, with changes about every 30 minutes in that version. A Mythic name in a guide does not mean it occupies your current Mythic slot. Follow the live lineup. The creator reports a 0.1% Mythic slot and 1% Legendary slot before boosts; neither provides a guaranteed unit after a fixed number of pulls.
Basic Crate defenders
Names below follow the October 9 ranking. Routes refer to the October 12 guide; “historical” or “not seen” should not be read as a confirmed permanent removal.

| Defender | Reported role or attribute | Acquisition scope |
|---|---|---|
| Cameraman | Basic early damage | Basic Crate common lineup |
| Brown Cameraman | Basic early damage | Basic Crate lower slots |
| Car Speakerman | Early damage | Basic Crate lower slots |
| Speakerman | Starter damage in the ranking | Not seen in the later guide’s sampled lineups; present availability unresolved |
| TV Man | Basic damage; not Titan TV Man | Rotating Basic Crate Rare slot |
| Popcorn Cameraman | Farm: reported 200 cash per wave at max; limit three | Rotating Rare slot |
| Large Cameraman | Damage; later guide reports Hard clears using it alone | Rotating Epic slot |
| Large Speakerman | Damage; 400 DPS at max in the acquisition report | Rotating Epic slot |
| Large TV Man | Area-damage support | Rotating Epic slot |
| Camera Helicopter | Blocking helpers in the ranking | Rotating Epic slot |
| Ninja Cameraman | Cheap opener; 1,000 DPS / 1,800 total cash at max | Rotating Legendary slot |
| Titan Cameraman | Carry; reported 3,000 DPS at max | Rotating Legendary slot |
| Titan Speakerman | Damage; later wins pair it with other carries | Rotating Legendary slot |
| Laser Cameraman Car | Carry; 2,500 DPS / 7,000 total cash at max | Rotating Legendary slot; called “Laser car” in the later narration |
| Titan TV Man | Area damage; reported 2,000 DPS / 16,000 cash at max | Historical Legendary slot; absent from the later guide’s 15 sampled lineups |
| Glitch Cameraman | 6,000 DPS / 13,500 total cash at max | Rotating Mythic slot; also reported in a paid pack |
| Upgraded Titan Speakerman | Area carry; about 20,000 total cash at max | Rotating Mythic slot |
| Titan Cinemaman | Area carry; 40,000 total cash at max in the newer guide | Rotating Mythic slot |
| Upgraded Brute Prototype | 9,000 DPS / 41,000 total cash at max | Rotating Mythic slot; also a paid-pack option |
| Upgraded Videotapper Prototype | 7,500 DPS / 21,000 total cash at max | Rotating Mythic slot; also a paid-pack option |
These values describe maximum-level performance in the cited reports. “Total cash” refers to the reported full placement-and-upgrade spend, not a summon price or an individual upgrade button. The tier comparison explains why the path to maximum output matters.
Woman Crate defenders
The acquisition guide reports a crate drop on 2% of Easy wins, 4% Normal, 6% Hard and 10% Insane. Those are chances to get a crate first; the chances below apply inside that crate, not to every match win.
Scroll the table horizontally to see all columns →
| Defender | Chance inside crate | Reported role |
|---|---|---|
| Dark Camerawoman | 78% | 400 DPS at max; long 40 attack range |
| Speakerwoman | 20% | 3,500 DPS at max; a carry in the later Insane sample |
| TV Woman | 2% | Burning area damage; reported 4,000 DPS at max |
The two-stage route explains why a 2% TV Woman crate chance is not a 2% reward chance after every Insane win. Use probabilities as averages rather than a promised win count.
Spider Crate defenders
Scroll the table horizontally to see all columns →
| Defender | Reported chance | Reported role |
|---|---|---|
| Speaker Spider | 90% | Damage; 500 DPS at max in the cited guides |
| Camera Spider | 9.8% | 3,500 DPS at max; 35 range reported |
| TV Spider | 0.2% | 10,000 DPS at max; later correction distinguishes 20 attack range from 40 walking range |
The gem guide covers costs and expectations. The later creator review had not located an Insane win with TV Spider or Camera Spider. That limits the review’s encounter evidence; it does not establish that either unit is unable to win.
Paid-route defenders
Scroll the table horizontally to see all columns →
| Defender | Reported route | Reported role |
|---|---|---|
| Scientist Cameraman | Scientist-family crate, 89% | Cash farm; 500 per wave at max, four-copy limit, 3,900 total cash |
| Large Scientist Cameraman | Same crate, 10% | Area damage, not a farm; 1,250 DPS at max |
| Engineer Cameraman | Same crate, 1% | Blocking helpers before final upgrade; damage helpers afterward; final upgrade alone reported at 15,000 cash |
| Jetpack Cameraman | Its own paid pack | Single-target carry; 5,000 DPS / 10,500 total cash at max |
The October 12 guide also says Glitch Cameraman and both prototypes are obtainable through the rotating Basic Crate, despite appearing in a paid pack. They are not classified here as paid-only units. Check the current product and live slot rather than treating a historical pack as a requirement to buy.
Names, upgrades and your next decision
TV Man and Titan TV Man are distinct rows. Large Scientist Cameraman is distinct from the Scientist farm. Keep these differences when comparing a roster or a trade offer. Unresolved nicknames from the community value snapshot are not automatically merged into this catalog.
For a unit you own, inspect its current upgrade preview in the match. Damage can jump at a final upgrade while its cash cost delays when you can reach it. For a difficult run, compare the actual reported carry alternatives instead of choosing only by rarity or maximum DPS.
Source scope
Catalog membership comes from the October 9 tier recording. Acquisition and newer numeric details come from the October 12 unit guide, whose description specifies data from before the Halloween update; Insane observations come from the October 12 run review. The creator descriptions, supplied transcripts and selected original-player frames were checked, including the Spider Crate panel and TV Spider’s separate ranges. This remains an attributed historical reference, not an official live database or an in-game test by this wiki.
